| We offer our customers a budget plan to help spread the costs of those winter payments and help put a stop to those expensive fuel bills just before Christmas! Our budget plan offers a flexible way to pay for your oil, allowing you to budget more efficiently for your fuel payments.
How it works It’s very simple! We simply calculate your estimated annual consumption and based on the current price we divide the estimated cost of a year’s supply of fuel over 12 months and take an agreed amount each month via Direct Debit. We will send you a statement regularly to keep you up to date with the balance of your account. If the credit balance of your account is running too high, we will either raise a refund at your request or we will reduce the next month’s Direct Debit accordingly. However, if during the winter period your consumption exceeds expectations then we would ask for a supplementary cheque payment or that you increase your Direct Debit.
